Do you produce Film/TV projects?
Generally, if we don’t already know you, the answer is no.
If you’re looking for a producer to help get you financing, we probably aren’t the right company for you.
We work with many producers but the Film/TV + projects we work on are usually into the millions of dollars and take years to get made.
On projects like these, we work with well-established industry people and people we already have long-standing relationships with.
Do you accept unsolicited Film/TV projects?
Sorry, but no.
Here’s the legalese version below.
We have a policy prohibiting the acceptance or consideration of materials, creative ideas or suggestions of any nature other than those specifically requested or commissioned by TOTALPRO.GUIDE AND ASSOCIATES.
Please note that any materials including, without limitation, creative ideas, stories, screenplays, articles, concepts, notes and suggestions (collectively, the “Materials”), submitted to TOTALPRO.GUIDE AND ASSOCIATES in spite of this policy shall be destroyed without being read or reviewed. None of the Materials shall be subject to any obligation by TOTALPRO.GUIDE AND ASSOCIATES and TOTALPRO.GUIDE AND ASSOCIATES shall not be liable for the use or disclosure of any such Materials.
By submitting the materials despite this disclaimer, you are indemnifying TOTALPRO.GUIDE AND ASSOCIATES, and its respective successors, licensees and assigns, employees, contractors and content providers, from and against any and all liability, damages and costs arising from the use of materials containing elements similar to or virtually identical with those contained in the Materials.
How can you review my project if you don’t accept Film/TV projects?
Great question.
We only work with you on your project with clear contractual terms stipulating the kind of work we’ll be doing together.
We’ll have some similar terms to the legalese in the question/answer before this one but in the case of project review or script coverage/analysis, your work will remain 100% owned by you.
